Who We Are

The people behind the mission.

About Us

Our Values

These are not aspirations—they are operating commitments. How we show up for scholars, for each other, and for the communities we serve.

Pathway Facilitators

We act as Pathway Facilitators by removing financial, emotional, and systemic obstacles, coordinating as a team to ensure every decision creates the best path for a scholar's future.

Human-Centered Approach

We recognize that behind every person is a story, a dream, and a human being who deserves our genuine presence. We listen to understand, not just to respond, building relationships of trust with empathy and clarity.

Commitment to Service and Community

We are examples of service for one another to sustain and elevate each member of our community. We believe every gesture, no matter how small, can inspire, and motivate.

Influencing Positive Learning

Our strategy measures success by the scholar's trust and pride. Every interaction reflects respect and commitment, and when a challenge arises, we seek connection over blame, always influencing toward learning rather than penalty.

Trust, Transparency, and Growth

We promote an environment of trust where we embrace innovation and new ways of working. We celebrate challenges and mistakes as opportunities to grow and we work together to strengthen transparency and team leadership.

Who We Are

Cultivating Change Together

From the highlands of Cusco to the mountains of Colorado, our global team is united by a single purpose: empowering the next generation of Peruvian leaders.

Peru Team

Our university scholarship ensures that a scholar’s determination is never undermined by having enough to eat or a safe space to live, providing the financial stability to focus entirely on their dreams instead of their survival.
